Join COPA leaders as we gather at this meeting of the Monterey County Board of Supervisors.  County staff will present an expenditure report to the Board. Esperanza Care has a cap of 2,500 which was reached in mid-February; however, funds are still available to serve more people. COPA leaders will be asking the Supervisors to remove the current cap and increase it to at least 3,500.
